Peter J. Grifoni joined Sassoon Cymrot Law LLC bringing a fresh perspective and a strong foundation in litigation, corporate transactions, business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. Beginning with the firm as a law clerk in 2022 and now admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, he focuses on supporting businesses and individuals that are navigating complex legal challenges. Peter is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions.
Peter earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he served as an editor and writer for the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law, gaining valuable insight into regulatory and financial frameworks, and he earned his B.A. from Gordon College.
