Julia C. Peyton is an attorney with our Family Law practice who focuses on divorce, alimony, child custody, child support, parentage actions, and prenuptial agreements. She has over a decade of experience guiding individuals and families through divorce and post-judgment matters, including modification actions. She is known for her thoughtful advocacy and ability to balance strategic legal counsel with the personal considerations that often accompany family law disputes.

In recognition of her work, Julia was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023. She is also active in the legal community, volunteering as a conciliator with the Middlesex County Bar Association, where she assists parties in reaching resolution outside of the courtroom.

Julia earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and is fluent in Italian. Outside of her legal practice, Julia serves on the boards of the Elizabeth Seton Residence and Marillac Residence in Wellesley.
