Dan Conroy has been a commercial litigator for more than 30 years. He was admitted to the Bar in 1990, and is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit, and the Federal Circuit.
Dan has extensive experience in the litigation and arbitration of complex commercial disputes. He has represented clients in all manner of business disputes, including contract litigation, claims concerning breach of fiduciary duties, the protection of intellectual property rights, the enforcement of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, construction claims, and intra-company disputes involving the rights of equity holders in closely held entities. Dan also represents individuals and businesses in litigation involving real estate, condominiums, variance appeals, adverse possession, as well as will contests and Americans with Disabilities Act claims.
This is Dan’s second tour with the attorneys at Sassoon Cymrot. Mr. Conroy began his career with Goldstein & Manello, and was a partner with Schnader Harrison Goldstein & Manello. He joined Sassoon & Cymrot, LLP as Of Counsel in 2005. In January of 2022, after two and half years at Kenney & Sams, he came back to the fold, joining Sassoon Cymrot Law as a partner.
