Practice Areas

Charles Glyman focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, trademark and copyright, and real estate. Mr. Glyman represents individuals and corporate clients on a myriad of issues. His litigation practice includes representing and advising a host of clients from local businesses to multinational clothing companies in creditors’ rights, contract disputes, unfair business practices, and gray market matters. His experience also includes defending clients in disputes arising under various federal statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Mr. Glyman has also represented clothing, food and beverage, and health and wellness clients in trademark matters such as prosecution of trademark applications through the U.S.P.T.O., policing trademark infringement, preventing trademark dilution, and protecting clients’ trademarks in order to establish and promote brand equity.
As a law student, Mr. Glyman was a judicial intern for United States Magistrate Judge, Marianne B. Bowler and a staff member of the Journal of High Technology Law.
